  • How are savings guaranteed?

    We needed SkyPlug for the same reason you do: to be smarter about using Azure resources efficiently, thereby reducing compute bills. Since there are free alternatives (albeit with fewer capabilities, like this one which inspired SkyPlug), it only makes sense to pay for a tool if it provides more value than it costs.

    We want to make sure you get back more than what you pay. So if you have a $99 Team plan and don't save at least that much during the month, we'll refund the difference -- just let us know. Many customers save thousands of compute hours using SkyPlug, amounting to hundreds or thousands of dollars. SkyPlug should help achieve a net gain, not impose an added cost.

  • Can I change plans later?

    Yes, you can change plans at any time, either to upgrade or downgrade. If you downgrade, you'll just need to ensure your usage falls within your new plan's limits.

  • What is included with a trial account?

    Trial accounts are fully functional at the limits of the plan you select when signing up. After the 30 day period, you can provide payment details to convert to a normal ongoing subscription.

  • How do I establish a paid account?

    Simply start a trial account, and then enter your billing details from within the dashboard after logging in.

  • How is billing handled?

    We use Stripe to handle payment processing. All payment details are sent to Stripe directly and never stored on SkyPlug servers. We accept any form of payment Stripe supports, including major credit cards.

  • Is there a per-user cost?

    Nope. If you have a Team or Enterprise plan, there is no further cost when you add more users to your account. The more the merrier.

  • Define "awesome support"?

    Awesome support involves getting help from somebody who isn't lame and very likely wrote the code you're having a problem with. Therefore, they are equipped to quickly answer your question, and if you point out something they screwed up (hypothetically, of course), pleasantly agree to fix the problem quickly and permanently.

  • How does SkyPlug approach security?

  • What service level (SLA) guarantees are provided?

    The service is designed to be highly availabile and guarantees 99.9% uptime (calculated in a calendar month). In the rare and unexpected event you experience significant verifiable downtime or failure, we will provide up to a full month's refund depending on the duration of the outage.
